Hey there! I’m Christy—a bold, high-energy, anything-but-basic REALTOR® with Residence | eXp Realty, helping buyers and sellers make smart real estate moves throughout Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and Southwest Florida.

I specialize in relocation, new construction, buyer representation, second homes, and strategic listing marketing—with a particular love for helping people make the move to Southwest Florida.

And I don’t just sell the Florida lifestyle. I made the move myself.

Born and raised in Minnesota, I relocated my own family to Southwest Florida, so I understand firsthand that moving here is about a whole lot more than finding a pretty house with a pool. It’s choosing the right community, location, builder, lifestyle, amenities—and understanding all the little things you don’t know you don’t know until you’ve actually done it.

I’m also a serial entrepreneur and Notre Dame grad with a background in marketing, fitness, and franchise ownership. Every path has sharpened my instincts for business, people, negotiation, and marketing that actually works. I’ve taken that entrepreneurial fire and turned it into a full-blown real estate obsession.

For my buyers, that means doing the homework. I study the communities, builders, market, incentives, fees, floor plans, lots, resale considerations, and details that can make one home or neighborhood a much better fit than another. And when it comes to new construction, I’m there to make sure someone is sitting on your side of the table—not the builder’s.

For my sellers, my marketing background comes into play in a big way. I don’t believe putting a home in the MLS and waiting for buyers to find it is a marketing strategy. From preparation and positioning to professional photography, video, social media, digital exposure, and storytelling, my goal is simple:

Off the clock? I’m a petite powerhouse married to my high school sweetheart—a former Florida Everblades hockey superstar (yes, I may be slightly biased 😂)—and mom to three amazing athletes. You’ll usually find me cheering way too loudly at a hockey rink or lacrosse field, sweating through a workout, boutique shopping, sipping wine by the pool with friends, checking out a new Southwest Florida restaurant, posted up for a Netflix night with my family, or making new friends pretty much everywhere I go.

I work hard, move fast, communicate like crazy, and believe the process should actually be fun.
